Treevi Pizza al Taglio is a Roman pizza al taglio concept — the kind baked on a large tray, cut into pieces, and sold by weight or by the slice. At the counter the customer picks from several varieties, a staff member weighs the piece and reheats it, and within a couple of minutes they leave with food in hand. It started in Romania as part of a wider hospitality group, and it differs from an ordinary pizzeria in that you don't sit over a whole pizza with a knife and fork — you take exactly as much as you feel like and move on.
