PapaGyros

PapaGyros is a Greek street-food concept built on genuine Greek authenticity: gyros in pita, souvlaki, grilled halloumi and feta-based dishes. What sets it apart from an ordinary gyros bar is its true Greek provenance — the founder's family roots reach back to Greece, key ingredients like meat, pita, halloumi and feta cheeses and olives are sourced from Greece, and recipes follow traditional preparation. Alongside the main menu there is a dessert line, the "sweet corner," offering Greek sweets and bubble tea that drives add-on sales.

As the operator you receive a brand licence and a full operating package from HQ — know-how and an operating manual, food-safety and HACCP documentation, recipes and preparation methods, access to suppliers and the supply chain, training for you and your crew, opening support, and a starter kit of marketing materials with ongoing campaign support. Your role is to find and fit out the venue, build and run the team, deliver daily service to brand standards and manage local sales. The format is deliberately flexible: you can convert an existing gastro venue, run a food-court kiosk, build a standalone unit, or operate a seasonal food truck.
