PapaGyros is a Greek street-food concept built on genuine Greek authenticity: gyros in pita, souvlaki, grilled halloumi and feta-based dishes. What sets it apart from an ordinary gyros bar is its true Greek provenance — the founder's family roots reach back to Greece, key ingredients like meat, pita, halloumi and feta cheeses and olives are sourced from Greece, and recipes follow traditional preparation.
