Mr. KEBAB is a fast-food concept built around grilled kebab prepared to an old Kurdish recipe — chicken is roasted on a vertical spit, carved fresh and served in bread or as a plate with fresh vegetables, yoghurt-garlic sauce, chilli and olives. It adds vegetarian options, wings, premium coffee and fruit juices. It positions itself as a higher-quality, transparent alternative to anonymous street kebab, with food prepared in full view of the guest. It presents itself as the first international kebab-based franchise to come out of Slovakia.
