Krowa Mać Burgers
A Polish quick-service burger concept with a raw industrial look, a cheeky cow identity and its own online ordering.
Krowa Mać Burgers is a Polish quick-service concept built around made-to-order burgers and hand-cut fries. The venues have a deliberately raw industrial look and a playful cow identity that is lightly customised to each town — each venue also has its own website. The brand's strength lies in combining a strong, irreverent local voice, daily-fresh sourcing from locally selected meat, bread and vegetable suppliers, and an in-house ordering channel. The network is currently growing only in Poland; the brand does not operate in Czechia or Slovakia.
The franchise package means headquarters licenses the brand and operating system and is hands-on at launch — helping the partner choose and assess premises, overseeing the fit-out and equipment list, providing access to the supply chain and fully training the team (manager, kitchen line and counter staff) inside working venues. After opening, HQ provides ongoing quality monitoring, recipe and menu standards, marketing direction and operational problem-solving. The operator runs the unit day to day: staffing, local marketing, supplier relationships within the approved framework, cost control and service.
