Heiko Poké is a quick-service concept built around poké bowls — Hawaiian-inspired meals where the guest assembles a bowl from rice or salad, fish or another protein, fresh vegetables, sauces, and dressings. It started in France and targets guests who want to eat fast but healthier than at a classic fast food — colorful, light, fresh food prepared in a few minutes.
