Heiko Poké

Heiko Poké is a quick-service concept built around poké bowls — Hawaiian-inspired meals where the guest assembles a bowl from rice or salad, fish or another protein, fresh vegetables, sauces, and dressings. It started in France and targets guests who want to eat fast but healthier than at a classic fast food — colorful, light, fresh food prepared in a few minutes. It differs from ordinary quick service in that it doesn't rely on fried, heavy menus but on a build-your-own bowl that everyone tunes to their own taste.

As a franchisee you get a license to the brand, a proven operating concept, and the know-how of the parent company, Heiko — from site selection to setting up the kitchen and recipes, hiring, training the team, and marketing assets. What stays on you is the premises and its fit-out, building and leading the team, daily operations, and local promotion. It's closer to 'turn-key' in what makes the brand a brand (recipes, suppliers, visual identity), but it's by no means hands-off: kitchen operations, the people, and ingredient freshness are your responsibility.
