Flower Burger

Flower Burger is an Italian gourmet plant-based fast-food concept built around one unmissable thing: vividly colored, fully vegan buns and patties whose colors come from natural ingredients — turmeric for yellow, spirulina for blue-green, beetroot for pink. The food is entirely plant-based (soy and chickpea proteins, tofu, sprouts, quinoa, vegetable sauces), yet the brand deliberately positions itself as crowd-pleasing comfort food that appeals to omnivores, not only vegans. The playful, psychedelic 1970s interior with bold colors and a clubbing-meets-hippie vibe is itself part of the product and a powerful driver of social-media shareability.

As a franchisee you run a single, compact quick-service unit under the brand. Headquarters supplies the full turnkey package — help choosing and assessing the location, design of the layout and custom brand-specific furnishings, kitchen design and equipment supply, staff recruitment and training, a point-of-sale and management system, and ongoing marketing support including social media and events. Crucially, HQ also provides its own production and a network of suppliers with negotiated terms, so signature recipes, colored buns and ingredients arrive standardized rather than being made from scratch in each unit. You provide the capital, secure the premises, hire and lead the local team day to day, and run the unit to brand standards.
