Fish Delish

Fish Delish is a Croatian fast-casual concept that builds its whole menu around fish — fried and grilled fish with fries, fish burgers, and sandwiches in soft brioche buns, plus a lighter breakfast offering. It grew out of the observation that quick-service food lacked a brand focused purely on fish, so the whole experience is narrow and legible: the customer knows in advance why they come and what they get. It differs from ordinary fast food in that the star isn't meat or pizza but fish served in a modern, fast way without unnecessary table service.

As a franchisee you get a license to the brand, a proven concept, and the parent company's know-how — recipes, standardized prep procedures, visual identity, the look of the venue, and launch support. What stays on you is the specific premises and its fit-out, hiring and training the team, daily operations, and local promotion. The brand also offers several formats to choose from depending on the site: a fully equipped turn-key container unit, a lighter limited-menu stand for the beach, and a bricks-and-mortar venue with a full menu including breakfast.
