Fat Phill's is a Dutch burger concept from Amsterdam built around smash burgers — a ball of ground beef pressed onto a hot griddle so it forms a crisp, caramelized crust and stays juicy inside. Alongside them come philly cheesesteaks and thick milkshakes. What sets it apart from an ordinary burger joint is mostly the atmosphere: a strong hip-hop aesthetic, music, visuals, and tone of voice turn the venue into an experience rather than just a place to eat.
