Bageterie Boulevard is a fast-casual concept positioned between cheap fast food and a sit-down restaurant. At its core are freshly baked baguettes filled to order from recipes designed by chefs, rounded out by salads, soups, fries, breakfast items and seasonal menus. What sets it apart is restaurant-grade ingredients and a European bistro feel delivered at quick-service speed, backed by a parent company that is itself an industrial baguette and sandwich producer — giving the brand unusually deep control over its core product and supply chain.

The franchisee receives a turnkey unit. HQ handles location scouting and lease negotiation, the architectural study and interior design, the full build-out and equipment fit-out, then recruits and trains the entire opening team through a multi-month structured program covering operations, marketing, HR, loyalty and financial controls. HQ also supplies ingredients, packaging and consumables, provides the POS, inventory and HR software stack, sets quality standards and assigns an area manager for ongoing support and audits. The operator runs the day-to-day — leading the team, executing local marketing, hitting quality and service standards and committing full-time with no competing ventures.
