vomFASS is a German concept of experiential retail with gourmet specialities. The shop is filled with wooden casks, ceramic amphoras, and glass carboys from which premium oils, vinegars, liqueurs, spirits, and wines are tapped straight into bottles — the customer tastes first, then picks a bottle shape and size and has exactly as much filled as they want. The name means 'from the cask' and captures what sets the concept apart from an ordinary deli or wine shop: nothing sits pre-packed in a box, and shopping here is a tasting, a conversation, and a bit of theatre.
