Komfort

Komfort is a Polish specialist retail chain for home interior finishing. Its core is flooring — laminate panels, wood and engineered floors, carpets and rugs — and the range has expanded into interior doors, bathrooms, kitchens, and further into furniture and decor. In its home Polish market it is an established and well-recognised flooring brand, so as a franchise partner you get an instantly familiar banner instead of an unknown independent shop. Outside Poland, the brand does not offer franchises; in Czechia it closed its former branch network, and it has never operated in Slovakia.

The franchise package rests on a clear split of roles. HQ provides the store concept and fit-out, equipment and IT/POS systems, supplier and assortment management, logistics, staff training, central and national marketing, and e-commerce with online orders redirected to your local store — plus ongoing regional-manager support. Your job is to secure and, if needed, lease a suitable large-format retail unit, finish it to brand standard, hire and run the sales and service team, and handle day-to-day sales, customer care and store operations under a multi-year agreement.
