Komandor

Komandor is a Polish manufacturer of sliding-door systems, fitted wardrobes, walk-in closets, kitchens and made-to-measure furniture, recognised as a pioneer and category leader in built-in wardrobes. Its strength rests on vertical integration: Komandor manufactures its own sliding-door profiles, panels and hardware and pairs them with proprietary design-and-quote software. That lets a local partner sell, configure and install a fully branded, factory-produced product without owning a single machine, production line or warehouse.

This is not a rigid single-format franchise but a manufacturer-led network of dealers and business partners. HQ supplies the products and materials, the brand and signage, proprietary design and ordering software (from an entry-level tier up to professional versions with a dedicated kitchens module), training through an in-house academy (product, software and assembly certification), marketing support, sample kits and showroom fit-out on preferential terms, and centralised production with delivery. You run the local end of the funnel: acquiring customers, measuring, designing in the software, placing orders to the factory and installing — yourself or via a certified assembly crew. Multiple entry tiers exist, from a low-cost "designer" / sales partner up to a full authorised dealer running a branded showroom.
