Giant

Giant is a branded retail concept from the world's largest bicycle manufacturer. As the operator you run a store in Giant's signature livery, offering the full Giant, Liv (women's), Momentum and CADEX ranges, backed by a fully equipped service workshop and facilities for professional bike fitting, indoor test rides and private sales consultations. It pairs a global premium portfolio and proprietary fitting technology with the feel of a specialist neighbourhood shop under one of the most recognised names in cycling.

The company describes its model as a partner system rather than classic franchising — it runs through the Giant Retail Partnership Program with escalating tiers: from a lighter store makeover to a fully Giant-designed store and up to the highest branded format. Head office supplies the store concept, layout and interior design to unified standards, fixtures, signage and visual branding, merchandising assistance, product sourcing and inventory planning, sales and technician training through the Giant Retail Academy, financial analysis, marketing and campaign support, demo and test-bike support, and integration with the online sales platform and a partners portal. As the operator you secure and adapt an approved location, invest in fit-out and opening inventory, employ and retain qualified sales and service staff, run day-to-day operations and build a local cycling community through rides and events.
