DRM-LND is not a classic shop but rather a creative studio. Instead of finished products, shoppers assemble their own personalized accessories — phone cases, charms, bead jewelry, bracelets, bag chains and stick-on DRMZ decorations — from a vast wall of interchangeable elements. The space is rounded out with personalization zones, content-creation corners and community workshops and events. The aesthetic and range target a young, social-media-native audience. Sustainability and product safety (recycled materials, nickel- and lead-free) are part of the brand story too.

The brand operates stores in several Northern European countries and beyond, and entered Poland via a local master partner. It has no store in Czechia or Slovakia yet, but HQ is openly looking for franchise partners and distributors for new markets on its website — so entry would lead through negotiations with them, not a local representative. The format can be adapted to space and budget, from a full in-line store to a smaller sales point in a shopping mall. The franchisor supplies the merchandise and inventory, the fixtures and visual-merchandising standard, brand and product training, POS and sales-reporting systems, opening and ongoing marketing support, event and workshop playbooks, and a manager who oversees performance. The operator runs the unit day-to-day: hires and motivates a young creative sales team, drives the in-store experience and social content, manages stock and local events, and delivers the customer-facing „creativity host“ service.
