Dr Materac is a specialist mattress and bedroom-equipment retailer whose entire brand rests on care for healthy sleep. It sells mattresses in every technology (foam, pocket-spring, latex, thermoelastic, coconut and hybrid), beds and frames, plus pillows, duvets, bedding and complementary bedroom furniture. What sets it apart is a health-oriented, consultative salon format: customers come to try a mattress and be advised on the right one, not to buy a commodity. The network of physical salons is paired with an online shop, so a retail brand goes hand in hand with online reach.

The network currently operates only in Poland — it has no stores in Czechia or Slovakia and does not offer a licence there, so you would deal directly with the Polish HQ. As a partner you run the salon at a well-visible location and handle the day-to-day. HQ supplies the brand, product portfolio and supplier relationships, retail know-how, store design and merchandising guidelines, IT and e-commerce infrastructure, initial and ongoing staff training, marketing materials and local-campaign support, plus access to logistics and the warehouse. It also helps you find a location, negotiate the lease and fit out the unit. You secure and pay for the premises, recruit and manage staff, hold the display sales stock, and deliver consultative selling and customer care to brand standards.
