BoodFood is a network of smart fridges and unmanned micromarkets that sell food and drinks with no shop assistant — in offices, factory halls, dorms, gyms, and other places where people gather. The customer unlocks the fridge via an app or a card, takes what they want, and the system recognizes what was removed and charges for it automatically, thanks to a mix of RFID tags, weight sensors, and AI cameras. It differs from a classic vending machine in that you shop from an open shelf with no buttons or hatches — grab and go, like in a small self-service store.

As a franchisee you get a license to the brand, the units themselves, and the whole technology ecosystem from headquarters — the app, the payment gateway, inventory-tracking software, and a link to centralized supply. The parent company supplies the hardware and software and handles their development and updates; what stays on you is finding and securing locations, placing the units, restocking the goods, and managing relationships with the venue owners. Entry comes with no entry fee and no ongoing royalties, so the model is light at the start but operationally active — revenue rests on how many good spots you can occupy and keep stocked.
