A customer picks and books a unit online in minutes, pays by card, and gets in at any hour thanks to digital access — no reception desk, no opening hours, no waiting. What sets it apart from classic storage is full digitalization: sensors watch temperature and humidity in the units, and the whole customer relationship runs online.

As a franchisee you get a license to the brand from the parent company, Storebox Holding, and above all a finished digital platform — a booking system, online payments, access management, and customer support that runs centrally. Help with assessing a location, a fit-out concept, and operating manuals come with it. What stays on you is finding and leasing (or using your own) premises, funding the conversion into units, and keeping the location humming — cleaning, small repairs, and local visibility. You need no permanent staff on site; the operation is unattended.
