Au Nom de la Rose is a French boutique-florist concept built on one idea: the rose as the star of the whole shop. Where a conventional florist juggles a sprawling, perishable assortment, this brand builds its offering around roses — in dozens of shades and forms — alongside a tight halo of rose-themed gifts such as scented candles, sweets or preserved "eternal" roses. The shops are small, design-led workshops placed in dense, affluent urban districts, turning a flower purchase into a recognisable, gift-worthy ritual. This tight focus gives the brand memorability, simplifies sourcing and merchandising, and lets even a non-florist run a visually striking store.

The brand belongs to a larger flower-retail group that runs a structured recruitment and support pipeline. Headquarters provides the brand, the store concept and visual identity, an intensive initial training programme (theory plus hands-on in-store work, designed so candidates need no floral education), help with location sourcing and financing, the store build-out, a centralised supply chain with regular delivery of fresh roses, marketing, merchandising guidelines and ongoing field support with regular store visits and refresher training. The operator runs the day-to-day shop: hiring and managing staff, executing bouquets and arrangements to brand standards, serving walk-in and gifting customers, handling local delivery, and managing stock of a highly perishable product. The network is expanding mainly in France and selected foreign markets; it has no stores in Czechia or Slovakia and does not offer licences there.
