4F is one of the best-known sportswear brands in the Polish market, owned by apparel group OTCF based in Kraków and a long-time outfitter of Olympic teams. Under its own labels it combines functional sport and athleisure clothing, footwear and accessories, selling through a mix of full mono-brand stores, smaller partner formats and a large e-commerce operation. As a franchisee you run a branded retail point — alongside a full store in a shopping mall, the brand also offers a so-called deposit stand, a compact multi-brand unit, and a seasonal stand in a tent or container.

The franchise model is built around a consignment (deposit) system: head office supplies the goods on consignment, so you buy no stock upfront — the inventory stays owned by the brand and is contractually secured, while you simply sell its merchandise. Head office provides location-selection help, store design and build coordination, computer hardware and software, logistics, inventory optimisation, a dedicated regional sales manager, marketing support and structured staff training. As the operator you provide the premises, the capital for the build, day-to-day management and a local team focused on service quality.
