Virtual Staging AI

Virtual Staging AI is a tool for virtual staging of real estate photos that started at the Harvard Innovation Labs. It serves real estate agents, sellers, landlords, and short-term rental hosts who want the empty interiors in their listings to look lived-in and inviting — without renting furniture or hiring a staging agency.

It works in three steps: you upload a photo of an empty room, pick the room type (bedroom, living room, and so on) and a furnishing style, and the AI places furniture into the photo within seconds. A key detail: it preserves the room's architecture — windows, walls, floors, and views stay exactly where they are, only the furnishings are added.
