Pleo

Pleo is a European business spend platform built by a Danish company headquartered in Copenhagen. It issues smart payment cards for employees that draw from one shared company wallet and connects them to an app where you keep the whole team's spending under control in real time. It targets small and medium businesses, agencies, and startups in the EU that want to stop handling receipts by hand.

It works simply: you issue each team member a virtual or physical card and set their limit and approval rules. After every purchase the app pings you to snap the receipt, then reads the merchant, amount, date, and VAT from it automatically. You track continuously who spent how much, on what, and where the budget is leaking.
