The Ad Library is a public archive run by Meta itself at facebook.com/ads/library. It was not built as a marketing tool but as forced transparency — first under pressure over political advertising, later under the European Digital Services Act, which requires Meta to publish every ad delivered in the European Union. You open it in a browser, you need no account and no login, and you pay nothing for it. Besides Facebook and Instagram it covers Messenger, WhatsApp and Threads, and the interface is translated into Czech and Polish.
