Captions

Captions is an all-in-one short-form video app built by Mirage, a NYC-based studio. It combines recording, automatic editing and AI avatars into a single mobile tool, so a whole video comes together from filming to final export in one place. It targets content creators, marketers, entrepreneurs and anyone who wants to post regularly on social media without a professional editor.

It works simply: you film yourself in the app (with a built-in teleprompter if you like), upload your own footage, or let the AI generate a talking video from a single selfie. Captions then automatically adds captions, cuts, transitions, music and B-roll, fixes eye contact and noise, and assembles a ready-to-post video — usually within minutes.
