As the franchisee you assemble and facilitate small confidential groups of local small- and mid-sized business owners who meet regularly to advise one another, and you supplement that exchange with one-to-one coaching and structured strategic-planning tools. What sets the concept apart is combining facilitated owner-to-owner exchange with private coaching inside one recurring membership relationship, rather than ad-hoc consulting projects.

You run a largely home-based practice within an exclusive, protected territory. Headquarters supplies the proven board-facilitation methodology, proprietary strategic-planning and management-development tools, a digital planning platform, the brand and credibility, initial training and certification, a structured client-acquisition launch program, and ongoing support including coaching calls, an international franchisee network, conferences and marketing assets. You personally recruit member-clients, facilitate the monthly boards, deliver the coaching, and build and retain the membership base.
