Thai Organic

Thai Organic is a franchise concept of oriental massage and wellness-spa run by the same Polish operator as the holistic brand Orient Massage. Its defining hook is that every salon is staffed by certified massage therapists brought directly from Bali and Thailand, who perform authentic Balinese, Thai, Ayurvedic, lomi-lomi, sports and relaxation treatments as well as Kobido. Alongside the treatment rooms, each salon runs a herbal lounge selling the chain's own-label cosmetics and herbal teas and beverages, adding a retail revenue stream on top of services.

Headquarters provides the licensed brand and the proven concept, recruits and places the foreign therapists itself, supplies the proprietary cosmetics and herbal product lines, and delivers the operating manuals, treatment protocols, fit-out standards, training and marketing support. The operator (franchisee) provides the premises, the capital for fit-out and the licence, and handles day-to-day local management, front desk, bookings and cost control. The model is explicitly designed to require no prior industry experience, because the specialist labour and know-how come from the franchisor.
