Synevo is a network of blood-collection points where people come for a draw for laboratory testing — from routine blood counts to specialized panels. As a franchisee you run the collection point itself: you receive the patient, take the sample, and the sample then travels to the connected laboratory. You don't handle the analysis, the instruments, or the validation of results — you stand at the start of the sample's journey, where a pleasant setting, order, and patient trust are what matter. The Synevo brand belongs to the Medicover healthcare group, so an established diagnostic backbone stands behind the collection point.

From the parent company you get a license to the brand, a link to the laboratory network, an interior template for the collection point, IT equipment and a system for bookings and results, training and operating procedures including hygiene standards, and help choosing a location. What stays on you is the premises and fitting it out as a collection point, securing qualified staff for the draws, daily operations, and local awareness that the collection point is there. The laboratory side is therefore turn-key on the headquarters' end, while running the waiting room and the draw room is purely your responsibility.
