As a master franchisee you get a license to the brand, proprietary collection software, and the parent company's complete know-how — the debtor-communication methodology, operating manuals, training, and marketing assets — plus the right to develop and support a network of offices across your whole territory. What stays on you is launching your own pilot office, recruiting and leading local franchisees, training and supporting them day to day, and building commercial relationships in the market. It's „turn-key“ in what makes the service a service (methodology and software), but by no means hands-off: growing the network and the sales are your responsibility.
