Simit Sarayı is a Turkish bakery-café concept built around the simit — the sesame-crusted ring bread that is Istanbul's iconic street food. It is served fresh all day alongside Turkish breakfasts, pastries, börek, sandwiches, desserts and tea or coffee. What makes it distinctive is that it took a humble street snack and turned it into a polished, sit-down international café with consistent recipes and a recognizable look — exporting an authentically Turkish food culture rather than a generic bakery menu.

As the operator you get a partner (dealership) system, not a company outlet. You license the brand, sign a franchise agreement and run the outlet day to day — leasing the premises, hiring and managing staff and handling local operations and service.
