The support office supplies the brand, the store format and merchandising, central purchasing of frames and lenses, IT and point-of-sale systems, logistics and distribution, supplier and lab relationships, training, and national plus locally tailored marketing campaigns. You invest in fitting out and equipping the store, hire and lead opticians and sales staff, and drive local execution and service quality.
