Oskroba is a family bakery brand that runs a network of neighbourhood bread-and-pastry shops. The defining feature of the concept is on-site baking: dough and part-baked goods arrive from the brand's own production facilities and are finished inside each shop. That way customers have warm, fresh bread available throughout the day, including the signature naturally leavened sourdough loaves with extended freshness. It's exactly that smell of fresh bread in the shop that is the strongest draw — and the hardest thing for an independent corner shop to copy.

As a franchisee you get a complete package: a recognised brand, recipes and know-how, the full shop fit-out (ovens, display cases, counters, refrigeration), visual and merchandising standards, marketing materials, and training for you and your staff (customer service, display, local marketing, hygiene, running the bake-off process).
