MRW

MRW is an established urgent-courier and parcel-delivery brand on the Iberian peninsula, built around a dense network of locally owned neighbourhood offices rather than a handful of mega-depots. It is among the first to build a courier service on a franchise model in its home country: territory is divided into small zones, each served by an independent franchisee who handles pickup, last-mile delivery and local sales. All of it plugs into a shared national and international sorting-and-transport backbone.

As a franchisee you run your own local office: you staff and operate the storefront, recruit and serve local businesses and private customers in your assigned zone, manage couriers and last-mile pickup and delivery, and uphold service standards. The franchisor provides the brand, the operating system and tracking technology, the trunk-line transport and sorting centres, the national and international delivery network, route planning, central billing infrastructure, marketing, and a name that customers in its home markets know.
