The franchise turns this into a neighbourhood courier point: a small shop where a walk-in customer sends, receives and pays for a shipment with any of the integrated carriers at one counter. Instead of being tied to a single carrier, you offer a choice from the whole range at rates negotiated by head office, plus cash-on-delivery handling and packaging sales.

The network has points all over Poland and does not operate elsewhere — it hasn't entered Czechia or Slovakia yet and doesn't offer licences there. Head office gives you the integrated shipping panel and order-management and tracking system, a connection to the carrier network, initial training and several months of increased support after opening, an assigned consultant, and an equipment package (scales, scanner, thermal label printer, furniture and signage depending on the tier).
