Moodo is a Polish women's-fashion brand that licenses its name to local operators running compact, well-curated boutiques on high streets and in shopping centres. What sets this concept apart from a typical franchise is its consignment (deposit) merchandising model: as the operator, you don't buy the collection. The stock remains the property of the brand until it sells, and you earn a commission on turnover rather than a retail markup. That removes the single biggest risk in fashion retail — dead, unsold inventory.

The franchise package rests on a clear division of labour. HQ supplies the trademark and operating know-how, delivers and continuously replenishes the entire assortment on consignment with shipping covered, provides the visual-merchandising and store-design concept, marketing and seasonal-campaign materials, staff training and an assigned regional coordinator who supports goods management and day-to-day operations; HQ also helps scout the location and negotiate the lease. You secure and fit out the unit, hire and manage the sales team, run the shop floor to brand standards and cover ongoing local costs.
