The franchise package runs on a commission (consignment) model: HQ supplies the merchandise on consignment, so you never have to buy or own it. Head office provides the store design and fit-out concept, deliveries and inventory and merchandising management, marketing and campaigns, the IT/POS and loyalty systems, staff recruitment and training, plus an assigned regional sales manager. Your job is the day-to-day: running the salon, delivering premium service, managing the local team and building the customer base while keeping to brand standards.
