La Donuteria is a chain of small venues built entirely around hand-made gourmet donuts and specialty coffee. The donuts aren't decorated out of sight — glazes, toppings, and fillings are finished right at the counter, so the customer picks from a colorful display case and often watches their piece come together. The concept started in the Czech Republic, and it differs from an ordinary patisserie by leaning on experience and visuals: here a donut is both a dessert and a reason to pull out a phone and photograph it.
