Kodano Optyk is a branded optical-salon franchise — a high-street or mall eyewear store selling prescription glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses. Behind the store stands one of the largest optical retail networks in its home market, so even a single operator gets access to frame and lens pricing an independent optician could never negotiate alone.

HQ hands you a turnkey salon: help with site selection and footfall analysis, lease negotiation, full store design and equipment, opening stock, brand standards and national marketing. For owners with no optical background there is an onboarding training program, plus two dedicated mentors — one for operations, one for marketing. You then run the day-to-day: you hire and manage the team, including the optometrist or optician needed for eye measurements, serve customers, do local marketing and hit sales targets.
