Iron Bodyfit

Iron Bodyfit is a network of boutique fitness studios built on electrical muscle stimulation (EMS). The client trains in a special suit that engages the muscles more deeply through electrodes than ordinary movement, so a short session replaces a substantially longer classic workout. It started in France, and it differs from a regular gym in every way that matters: no rows of machines and no anonymous membership, but a small studio, a booked time slot, and a personal trainer who guides you through the whole session. It bets on people who want a result and don't have hours a day.

As a franchisee you get a license to the brand, a proven operating concept, and the know-how of the parent company — from the EMS technology and training methodology to trainer onboarding, operating manuals, and a booking system, all the way to marketing assets and the studio's visual identity. What stays on you is the premises and its fit-out, building and leading the team of trainers, daily operations, and local promotion and client care. It's closer to 'turn-key' in what makes the method a method (the technology and the protocol), but it's by no means hands-off: acquiring clients and keeping them is on you.
