Harat's Irish Pub

Harat's is an Irish-pub hospitality concept and a large international network of Irish-style venues. Despite the name, the brand did not originate in Ireland — the first pub was opened by an entrepreneur in Siberia, and today the international franchise is managed by a headquarters in Zagreb, Croatia. Each venue recreates an authentic Irish-pub atmosphere: a long bar with many beers on tap (Irish and local craft), hearty pub food, sports on multiple screens, live music, themed nights and a strong sense of a neighbourhood "third place." What sets it apart is a turnkey, highly codified pub concept with a recognisable green brand identity, a broad beer programme and a built-in events-and-community engine — sold to local entrepreneurs rather than kept company-owned.

As the operator you receive the full concept and brand rights, a corporate interior-design project, help finding and vetting premises, venue fit-out and equipment, negotiated pricing through approved suppliers, training in operations and supply management, an opening team with an experienced brand bar manager for launch, marketing support, plus ongoing standards checks and a partner network for shared experience. You provide the capital, secure and fit out a suitable ground-floor space, hire and lead the local team, run daily operations, drive the local events calendar and comply with the brand's standards and audits.
