hairfree is a network of expert studios (so-called lounges) dedicated exclusively to one thing — permanent hair reduction using a proprietary intense-pulsed-light method (branded INOS, Intelligent Optical Sapphire) developed with medical input. Unlike a general beauty salon offering many services, hairfree is built on a narrow specialisation: a clinical-feeling, gentle light treatment for face and body that replaces shaving, waxing and epilating. This single-service, expert positioning is the brand's defining hallmark.

The franchisor supplies the brand and corporate design, certified light-technology devices, treatment protocols refined over many years, an in-house training academy that qualifies the operator and staff regardless of any prior cosmetics background, help with site selection and fit-out, central and regional marketing, lead generation, and ongoing operational coaching plus protected territory. The franchisee secures and equips the lounge, hires and manages staff, runs local customer acquisition and retention, delivers (or supervises) treatments, and handles day-to-day operations and finances.
