Haircut Express

Haircut Express is a chain of express, walk-in family hair salons that run on a "come without an appointment" principle. It offers a deliberately narrow menu of fast, affordable core services — men's, women's and children's cuts plus basic styling and coloring — with a kids' zone and special pricing for children and pensioners. The concept intentionally strips out the friction and overhead of a traditional salon: there are no receptionists or administrators and no booking. Clients queue and pay via self-service terminals, while the whole operation runs on its own CRM, scheduling software, mobile app and a loyalty program with its own reward currency, "CUTCOINS".

As a franchisee you get a complete package: help with site selection (broker database and location audits), interior design and brand fit-out specs, the full proprietary IT stack (CRM, mobile app, self-service payment terminals), operational manuals covering opening, day-to-day management, staffing and marketing, staff and management training, local and national advertising and launch campaigns, ongoing technical, financial and marketing consulting, regular franchisee meetings, and guidance on EU business law and tax. Your role is to secure and fit out a compact unit, recruit and manage hairdressers and keep daily operations to the brand standard — no prior hairdressing experience is required and the model is designed to be run with only a handful of management days per month.
