Haircut Express is a chain of express, walk-in family hair salons that run on a "come without an appointment" principle. It offers a deliberately narrow menu of fast, affordable core services — men's, women's and children's cuts plus basic styling and coloring — with a kids' zone and special pricing for children and pensioners. The concept intentionally strips out the friction and overhead of a traditional salon: there are no receptionists or administrators and no booking. Clients queue and pay via self-service terminals, while the whole operation runs on its own CRM, scheduling software, mobile app and a loyalty program with its own reward currency, "CUTCOINS".
