Gimme Gelato

Gimme Gelato is a Berlin artisan gelato workshop whose partner model is built on mobile selling units — a container, a retro truck, and roving stalls. Instead of luring customers into a fixed store, you come to them wherever they already are: a festival, a market, a corporate event, or a busy square. It differs from an ordinary gelato franchise precisely in that flexibility — the point of sale isn't fixed but moves with the season, the weather, and wherever people happen to be gathering.

As a partner you get a license to the brand, the recipe and the workshop's artisan know-how, training in both preparation and service, and a mobile unit dressed in the shared visual identity — from the container to the roving stall. What stays on you is acquiring and running the unit itself, hiring and training a small team, choosing your selling spots and securing them, plus the daily logistics and restocking. It's closer to 'turn-key' in what makes the product the product (brand and recipe), but the street operation, the permits, and filling those spots are your responsibility.
