Gatta

Gatta is a Polish own-brand backed by the manufacturer that designs and produces women's hosiery (stockings, tights, knee-highs, socks), lingerie, sportswear and swimwear domestically. Unlike a typical multi-brand shop, the store carries a single, vertically integrated own-label range, so instead of third-party brands you sell a proprietary collection under a consumer brand built over decades. The brand operates in Poland; it has no stores in Czechia or Slovakia and does not actively offer the licence there.

The franchise package is essentially a turnkey store: headquarters provides a unified store concept (visual standards and interior fit-out), helps adapt the store layout, installs the computer and POS system, trains staff, and integrates the store into the brand's marketing and advertising activities. The merchandise arrives on a consignment (deposit) basis, so you don't have to pre-purchase stock. You secure and fit out a retail unit, sign a lease for the duration of the franchise, run day-to-day operations and staffing to brand procedures, report sales to HQ, maintain insurance, and post a financial security (bank guarantee, promissory note or cash deposit).
