Gatta

Gatta is a Polish own-brand backed by the manufacturer that designs and produces women's hosiery, lingerie, shapewear, homewear, sportswear and swimwear domestically. Unlike a typical multi-brand shop, the store carries a single, vertically integrated own-label range, so instead of third-party brands you sell a proprietary collection under a consumer brand built over decades.

The franchise package is essentially a turnkey store: headquarters provides a unified store concept (colours, fit-out and visual standards), installs the POS and sales software, trains staff, runs launch and ongoing marketing, and assigns regional supervision and merchandising guidance. The merchandise arrives on a consignment (deposit) basis, so you don't have to pre-purchase stock. You secure and fit out a retail unit, run day-to-day operations and staffing to brand procedures, report sales to HQ, maintain insurance, and post a financial security.
