Furgonetka Punkt

Furgonetka Punkt is a branded network of neighbourhood courier points operated by the Furgonetka multi-carrier shipping platform. As the operator you accept and issue parcels for many carriers at once — among them DPD, GLS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, ORLEN Parcel and Allegro One. That lets you serve a customer regardless of which carrier they need, unlike a single-brand parcel shop tied to one logistics company.

HQ provides the brand, the IT and handling platform plus a business account, on-site training and an online knowledge base, marketing materials (signage, certificate, a custom webpage for your point, promotional items) and operating tools (calibrated scales, scanners, measuring tools, packing materials). You supply the retail or service space and staff, register a business, accept and issue parcels, optionally pack items and sell packaging. You can pick from two formats: a Partner Point bolted onto an existing shop or service, or a Dedicated Point — a standalone, fully branded courier centre with territorial exclusivity in its area.
