Fruitisimo

Fruitisimo is a chain of fresh juice and smoothie bars that originated in the Czech Republic and grew into a multi-country franchise network — besides its home market, it has branches in Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Germany. Its distinctive promise is freshness made-to-order: every drink is blended or pressed in front of the customer from real fruit and vegetables. Alongside smoothies and pressed juices, the menu carries bowls, iced coffee and matcha, ice cream, healthy snacks, cakes and coffee, so a single unit can serve customers across the whole day rather than only at peak hours.

As a franchisee you license the brand, recipes, visual identity and operating systems. Headquarters helps with site scouting and a feasibility and economics assessment of each candidate location, supports you in project preparation and dealing with authorities as well as building out the unit, supplies fully specified technology and equipment from vetted suppliers at negotiated prices, delivers initial and regular training for you and your staff, hands over operations and personnel manuals, plugs the unit into central POS and HR systems, runs brand-level marketing and continues with operational, technical and performance-monitoring support after opening. You secure the site, finance the build and entry fee, hire and lead the local team, run daily operations and quality, and drive local sales.
