The franchisor delivers a turnkey package to the operator — proprietary management and gaming software with plug-and-play setup, the reservation and loyalty app, branded equipment specification and fit-out renderings, multi-layer training spanning leadership, management and day-to-day operations, marketing assets (social content, flyers, ad strategy), tournament and event planning, ongoing remote technical support and hands-on grand-opening assistance. The franchisee, in turn, finds and leases the venue, funds the build-out and equipment, hires and manages local staff, and runs daily operations, events and community-building under the brand's standards.
