For the operator it is a near turnkey deployment. The franchisor supplies the patented hardware and motion-capture technology, a rotating library of premium and licensed experiences, site-selection and venue-design guidance, construction oversight, staff training programs, launch marketing packages, and ongoing operational and content support. The operator secures and fits out the physical venue, hires and manages local staff, delivers the day-to-day guest experience and service standards, and runs local marketing. Single-unit operators are welcome, as are those who want to scale through multi-unit development rights.
