FITURO is a network of premium boutique fitness clubs built around technology-assisted, personalized strength training and a physiotherapy-led approach to health. Instead of a large open gym, each club is a compact, intimate studio combining German Milon training circuits (digitally controlled machines that auto-adjust resistance to each member's profile and track progress in real time) with on-site physiotherapists and trainers who run body-composition and strength assessments and build individual plans. The positioning rests on comfort, prestige, results and member loyalty rather than crowded low-cost mass fitness.

The franchisee receives a proven, pre-validated business model with defined operating and financial benchmarks, territorial exclusivity over a defined catchment, and help with site selection through a property network (demographic, purchasing-power and competition analysis). It also includes a multi-week structured training program for owner and staff, a club-management/CRM system and an e-learning platform, pre-opening and ongoing marketing with on-site launch support, plus continuing mentoring, consultations and peer meetings. The operator secures and adapts the premises, hires and manages the local team, runs day-to-day operations, funds the build-out and working capital, and upholds brand standards.
