Fit Style

Fit Style is a Polish chain of modern gyms and fitness clubs offering a franchise to entrepreneurs who want to run and own a branded club under a standardized operating model. The brand positions itself as a premium-but-accessible concept with a heavy emphasis on structured processes rather than improvisation. The network is currently growing in Poland, mostly in small and mid-sized cities of one region; it has no clubs in Czechia or Slovakia and does not actively offer licenses there, so any potential entry goes through the Polish HQ.

Instead of one rigid box, the brand offers several club formats sized to the local market — a large full-service club with a wellness zone, a mid-size complementary club, and a compact self-service format designed to run around the clock with minimal staff, suitable even for smaller towns and office buildings. HQ provides market and catchment analysis, location verification and lease-negotiation help, a functional fit-out design and completion standard, oversight of the build, help with equipment selection, recruitment and training of the team, setup of operational and sales processes, central and local marketing before opening, support with financing and documentation, and, after opening, ongoing results tracking, cyclical training and quality audits. The partner secures premises and financing, invests in the fit-out and equipment, leads the local team to the network's standards, and stays fully engaged as an owner watching the key metrics.
