fit+ is a German chain of small, fully staffless fitness clubs run through an app and digital systems. Members sign up, book a trial session and enter the club straight from their phone — no reception, no on-site staff. The whole idea rests on a lean, automated gym that runs almost passively for the owner and is sited where rents are low and competition is thin, meaning close to residential areas in smaller towns, rather than in expensive city centres.

As a franchisee you get a proven concept, the brand and help finding and assessing the location, including competitor analysis. HQ handles equipment sourcing and interior fit-out from vetted suppliers, the full digital backbone (member app, access control, website and social media), marketing playbooks and campaigns, help with securing financing, training, plus centralised membership administration and recurring-payment processing. You secure and fit out the premises, finance the build and equipment (often via leasing), run the local launch marketing and oversee the club remotely — cleaning, maintenance and member care without a traditional staffed team.
