The venue is designed to run largely unattended. As an operator you receive one of several ready-made equipment packages from HQ, sized to the site and its potential: a flexible everyday package, a higher-throughput package for busy locations, and a hybrid package for high-potential spots such as housing estates, shopping centres or tourist areas. HQ handles location analysis and site selection, full design and fit-out of the unit, installation and configuration of the washers and dryers, marketing support (online campaigns plus local promotion and point-of-sale materials), and ongoing technical support with priority servicing and routine maintenance. You finance and secure the premises, handle utilities, restock detergent, and run day-to-day cleanliness and operations.
